Education Night: Weather and Boating

Continuing our winter boater education night series. Our instructor is Steve Koon. Steve was raised in the PNW and has been boating in the waters from Olympia to the NW tip of Vancouver Island for over 40 years. Additionally, Steve has been a pilot for 33 years which includes flying an Amphibious DeHavilland Beaver on and off the water throughout BC and the PNW. This combination of experience has given Steve a unique and very in-depth "look" at our weather patterns from the sea, the sky, and the potential hazards.
